Payments Policy

• Acknowledge that you have read these Payment Terms.
• Accept both the Terms & Conditions and these Payment Terms.

1. General Terms

• Participation requires sufficient balance; no credit is offered.
• All payment obligations are your sole responsibility.

2. Changes and Availability

• We may modify these Payment Terms at any time and post updates on the Website.
• If you do not accept the changes you may close your account (fees are not prorated).
• Accepted payment methods may change; not all methods are always available.

3. Payment Methods

We support Visa, Mastercard and a selection of local alternatives. For the most convenient option in your country please email support@bazluck.com.

A payment method may be suspended if our processing partner changes its terms, performance or fees, or if regulatory conditions require additional checks.

4. Depositing

• Minimum deposit — 20 EUR; maximum depends on the chosen method.
• No credit is offered; participation requires sufficient balance.
• Bonuses are credited under our Bonus Policy. Bonus funds become usable after real funds are wagered.
• Bank fees may apply to deposits; charge-backs and reversals are prohibited.
• We may request identity verification (e.g. selfie with ID) before accepting deposits.
• Falsified documents will lead to confiscation of deposits and winnings.

5. Withdrawal

• Withdrawal limits: 40 EUR min (50 EUR via bank), 25 000 EUR max per transaction.
• No more than two approved withdrawals per week and four per month without extra fees.
• Processing time: 60 minutes to 24 business hours (working days only).
• Payouts via OCT (Visa) and Mastercard Payment Transfer where supported.
• Internal currency is EUR; conversions by your bank may slightly alter final amounts.
• Monthly withdrawal cap — 50 000 EUR; large wins may be paid in instalments.
• All deposits must be wagered 3× before any withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity, may deduct a 4.5 % processing fee, and use alternative payout channels at our discretion.

6. Charges and Refund

• You are liable for all charges on your account; deposits are generally non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases (e.g. account compromise) contact support@bazluck.com. Decisions are at our sole discretion.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days and paid within 14 – 28 days.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close your account for breach of the Terms or anti-fraud policy. Closed accounts receive no fee refunds.

9. Interruption of Service

Service may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions. Manual deposit corrections may require extra verification and are not guaranteed to be immediate.
